Silverlining Psychiatry Medical Group℠ was established in the La Jolla area of San Diego in early 2015. Its founding physician, Dmitriy Sivtsov, MD has been in the field of psychiatry since 1995. Over the years, we have made our name in treating resistant depression, bipolar, and anxiety disorders. ​

Starting with the first phone call or email, our central San Diego location, knowledgeable staff, expert physicians, seamless process of evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery are all designed to take unnecessary stress off your shoulders. We will work behind the scenes so you and your doctor can focus on the most important goal - fighting depression.

Our office space remains an integral part of your treatment experience, even during these unprecedented times. It is comforting to know that your treatment will take place in a space with good energy, professionally designed interiors, sparking clean and designated ADA restrooms, natural light, functioning windows, and upscale finishes. We provide onsite parking adjacent to the main lobby, outdoor, as well as indoor, waiting areas, all to ease your initial stress and aid to feeling welcomed and relaxed. For once, patients do not have to have white coat anxiety, as they have already been through a lot.

SILVERLINING℠ would not be possible without our own Dr. Sivtsov, who is Harvard and UCLA trained and a third generation psychiatrist. Dr. Sivtsov is a former clinical professor at the UCSD School of Medicine. He has spoken at the Harvard club, won a prestigious award for his participation in a break through project at UCSD, and interviewed with Mental Health Experts on Facebook. He is an excellent listener, a scholar, a brilliant diagnostician, a kind heart with the exceptional sense of humor, and a family man. Dr. Sivtsov has designated his life to the fight against depression.
