I have been practicing therapeutic, integrative body work since 1985. I am a Certified Advanced Rolfer specializing in Rolfing Structural Integration and CranioSacral Therapy. I practice a whole body approach when it comes to wellness, Spirit, soul and body. I’m a graduate of Charis Bible College, Colorado. I am married to an awesome man, Pete since 1973. We have 3 adult sons and their families consist of our 5 grandchildren and our emotionally needy French Bull dog named Maribel. She loves to be part of every session from greeting you at the door to saying goodbye when you leave!
